He left his lawyer career in Istanbul and studied "Contemporary Jewelery" for 3 years in Florence, Italy. Tulgarer, who graduated from Le Arti Orafe Jewelry School with an outstanding achievement award, has participated in many domestic and international exhibitions.The designer, who continues to produce in his workshop in Datça under the brand "Sezen Tulgarer Jewels", is inspired by his passion for travel, history and nature and defines his products as "Timeless Jewelry" that can be used in every period.
